What is an IP Rating?

The IP rating (Ingress Protection) is an international method used to describe the protection of a fitting to stop the penetration of solid objects or water entering the light fitting.

• The first digit defines the level of protection against the penetration of solid objects, like dust
• The second digit defines the level of protection against penetration of water into the housing.
• The higher the number, the better the protection.

What’s Your Warranty Policy?

We provide a 5years warranty on all LED lights.(Except for the special terms of the contract signed by both parties）

Unless a product is labelled DIY (Do It Yourself), all electrical work must be performed by a qualified licensed electrician. Don`t DIY !

If you’ve installed goods that are faulty during warranty period, send us Warranty Request Form by email firstly,DON`T try to repair yourself without telling us.
